Wes was born in Jesup, Georgia. Prior to joining Rahimi, Hughes & Padgett, LLC, Before moving to Savannah, Wes practiced in Atlanta as part of the mass tort litigation group of a large, international law firm. There, he represented an assortment of corporations including industry leaders in pharmaceutical, automobile, military defense, and medical device sectors.
Wes has been recognized by the State Bar of Georgia for his pro bono service. He has volunteered with numerous civic programs including Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Georgia Legal Services, and Guardian ad Litem. He has provided assistance to lower income families who otherwise could not have afforded legal representation.
Wes focuses his practice on civil litigation. He has a broad range of experience representing the interests of individuals and corporate clients in a variety of tort matters including premise liability, construction, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death. Wes also specializes in analyzing complex insurance coverage issues and has represented numerous insurance carriers in coverage disputes.
